Secure your site visit
The call-out is how we determine the work to be done. Once payment is received we contact you to confirm a date and time, inspect the site and document our findings. Labour and materials are quoted or billed separately, the call-out fee covers the visit and reporting only.
Standard Call-Out
R450
Scheduled site visit within normal working hours across Paarl, Cape Town and the surrounding Western Cape.
Call-out includes
- Site inspection
- Reports (insurance and damage reports)
- A formal, itemised quote for labour and materials
Emergency Call-Out
R650
Priority, same-day or after-hours attendance for urgent issues such as burst pipes, geyser failures, leaks or storm damage.
Call-out includes
- Site inspection
- Reports (insurance and damage reports)
- Emergency attendance, work starts immediately where possible
- Labour and materials added to your account afterwards
Non-emergency work is quoted for labour and materials after the inspection. In an emergency, labour and materials are added to your account once the work is done. Once your call-out payment is received, we will contact you to confirm a date and time.
